This website is operated by River City Volleyball Academy, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

To book classes, book courses, book camps, or purchase plans, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.

Parents or legal guardians must create and manage accounts for athletes under 18 years of age.

All class bookings, course bookings, camp bookings, and pricing plan purchases are processed through our secure booking platform.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless covered by an active pricing plan.

• Course or camp purchases consist of a set number of sessions scheduled in advance.

• Pricing plans must be purchased prior to booking applicable sessions.

• Plan purchase does not automatically reserve a class; sessions must be booked separately.

• All prices are subject to change at our discretion.

Cancellation policies are displayed at the time of booking and apply to all services.

• Sessions canceled outside the allowed cancellation window may result in forfeiture of the session or credit.

• No-shows may result in loss of the session or credit.

• Pricing plan expiration dates (if applicable) are enforced as outlined in your selected plan.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment, weather, instructor availability, or facility issues. In such cases, participants will be notified and credited or rescheduled accordingly.

If you purchase a recurring membership:

• Billing will occur automatically based on your selected cadence.

• You may manage, update, or cancel your membership through your account dashboard.

• Cancellation policies for recurring plans are outlined at the time of purchase.

All pricing plans are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Participation in athletic training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or physical strain.

By participating in any VolleyLab activity, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

A signed liability waiver may be required prior to participation. Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of minors.

River City Volleyball Academy, LLC is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful training environment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation without refund for:

• Disruptive behavior

• Unsafe conduct

• Harassment or disrespect toward staff or participants

• Failure to follow facility rules

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, videos, and training materials, is the property of River City Volleyball Academy, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information and only collect data necessary to operate our services and improve customer experience.

Participation in RVA VolleyLab programs may involve photography or video recording for promotional purposes as outlined in our signed Waiver & Media Release.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, River City Volleyball Academy, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services or use of our website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
