Cancellation Policy

At RVA VolleyLab, we maintain small-group training sessions to ensure focused instruction and measurable progress for every athlete. Because space is limited, we ask that all participants follow our booking policy carefully. Cancellations & Rescheduling Regular sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. If you need to adjust your booking: Log into your account. Navigate to “My Bookings.” Select the session you wish to modify. Choose “Reschedule” or “Cancel.” Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will allow you to: Reschedule into another available session, or Retain your session credit (if applicable under your plan), or Receive a refund if you didn't book via a plan/pack credit (3-5 business days to process). Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will result in forfeiture of that session. No-shows are also considered forfeited and are not eligible for credit or rescheduling. This policy helps us maintain fairness for all athletes and ensures training spots remain available to those on waitlists. Pricing Plans & Class Packs If you are using a class pack credit to book a class, the same 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Plan credits will only be preserved if cancellations occur within the allowed window. Please note that purchasing a pricing plan or pack does not automatically reserve a session. Athletes must separately book each class through the schedule page. Class packs as a whole are non-refundable once purchased and credits must be used before the expiration date. Facility Cancellations If VolleyLab must cancel a session due to weather, facility issues, or instructor availability, affected participants will be notified and provided the option to reschedule or receive a credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a structured, professional training environment for all athletes.
